Program Overview
Springboard Foundation, has as one of its educational goals to organize workshops and offer capacity-building seminars, with a single aim of empowering youths, with hands-on knowledge, and skills necessary for creating a self-sustaining future.

To achieve this, springboard foundation engages in entrepreneurship workshops, career orientation seminars, risk management talks, Radio programs and other penitent societal issues. Other programs include;
- Training Grassroots Leaders for Community Development
- Teaching Leadership Skills for Community Improvement
- Empowering Rural Residents to Help Themselves
- Entrepreneurship and Business Development: Giving entrepreneurs greater access to capital, including support for microcredit programs, revolving loan funds, development venture capital funds and other creative financing models.
- Educating and training entrepreneurs through youth education programs and adult training initiatives.
- Encouraging sector-based strategies to maximize the economic strengths of local communities; and
- Providing strategic support for business incubators, makerspaces, and other forms of technical assistance.
